JOB TITLE: Data Scientist
As a Data Scientist, you will join a team to lead AI/ML analytics programs and provide technical leadership for complex data projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, digging into data-rich environments to identify information pieces and solve global challenges. Your daily responsibilities include guiding and mentoring your team, overseeing the development of algorithms and systems, and turning disparate data points into objective answers for informed decision-making. You will build and validate AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn within cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure, or Databricks. The role requires implementing Agile methodologies and managing analytic sprints to support mission-focused analytics, including fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence.

What we're looking for
TS/SCI clearance is required.
Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, CS, or Statistics and 8+ years of experience leading AI/ML analytics programs is required.
11+ years of experience leading AI/ML analytics programs is required in lieu of a degree.
Experience leading AI/ML analytics programs is required.
Experience developing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale data science and predictive analytics solutions is required.
Experience with data-driven decision support and mission-focused analytics is required.
Experience implementing Agile methodologies and managing analytic sprints is required.

Experience as a data scientist supporting DoW or IC missions (preferred).
