Data Science Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and maintain scalable, automated data pipelines for high-volume, unstructured usage data from third-party platforms.
• Conduct statistical analysis and A/B experimentation to identify product trends and inform roadmap decisions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Write production-quality code while establishing best practices in architecture design and peer code reviews.
• Manage end-to-end technical projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Develop domain expertise in the agentic ecosystem to solve ambiguous business problems and make informed assumptions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to hiring efforts through technical interviews.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of relevant experience in data science, data/ML engineering, or analytics engineering.
• A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a quantitative or engineering field (Master's preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one programming or data-manipulation language such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Proven experience architecting and maintaining scalable, automated data pipelines across multiple sources.
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing and identifying bias.
• Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with LLM/agentic products or product analytics for AI/ML applications (preferred).
• Experience with usage-data instrumentation for platform or partner ecosystems (preferred).
