Data Product Manager, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Identify new product opportunities through user research, discovery, and market analysis.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support the product development lifecycle.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver curated, high-quality, and well-governed datasets.
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate delivery for Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning data products.
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality, and lifecycle management practices for talent data.
• Own the development of data catalogs, metadata, glossaries, and lineage capabilities.
• Analyze and track product metrics including work-to-time, cost, and quality targets.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and identify pain points.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems, including entitlements, catalog, lineage, and data quality tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data testing, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience with data onboarding, metadata management, governance workflows, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience working with Talent-related processes, systems, or data (preferred).
• Understanding of privacy and compliance considerations related to HR data (preferred).
