Senior Associate Data Product Manager

What you'll do

• Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to identify product opportunities and gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Execute the roadmap for data products supporting Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Off-boarding, and Workforce Planning.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver high-quality, well-governed datasets that meet reporting and automation needs.
• Manage the onboarding of new data sources and transform them into performant, fit-for-purpose offerings.
• Maintain data catalog, metadata, glossary, and lineage capabilities for specific talent datasets.
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality, and lifecycle management practices to ensure firmwide compliance.
• Analyze and track product metrics including work time, cost, and quality targets throughout the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and data quality tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data testing, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience with data onboarding, metadata management, and governance in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
