Data & Insights Analyst

What you'll do

• Design and maintain reusable data products, semantic models, and analytical datasets for self-service reporting.
• Develop sophisticated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and support strategic decision-making.
• Extract and transform data from various financial systems to create accurate visualizations for the global sourcing team.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and business processes using AI and workflow automation technologies.
• Partner with IT and finance teams to define data requirements and ensure high-quality source data.
• Champion data governance by developing protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Provide training and enablement sessions to improve data literacy and usage among internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Finance field is required.
• Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent in Data Analytics or a related discipline is preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in business analytics are required.
• Experience supporting operations, finance, supply chain, or sourcing functions is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases is required.
• Deep expertise in data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is required.
• Experience with Python, workflow automation tools, or modern cloud data platforms is a plus.
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate analytics and automation is a plus.
