What you'll do

Lead end-to-end data migrations into the DealCloud platform.
Translate client data migration requirements into accurate technical solutions.
Perform ETL tasks including data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading.
Validate and reconcile client data to ensure accuracy and integrity during migration.
Support platform configuration and data integration tasks following best practices.
Lead QA and testing efforts to ensure successful deployment of client solutions.
Participate in internal project management including documentation, status reporting, and escalation handling.
Provide secondary support for requirement gathering, solution design, and post-go-live activities.

What we're looking for

Experience working in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles in a SaaS organization.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or related experience.
3+ years of experience in ETL processes and tools, data integration, or technical delivery.
Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of data structures, normalization, and mapping techniques.
Familiarity with CRM platforms or financial services technology.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs (preferred).
Experience with DealCloud or similar financial services platforms (preferred).
