JOB TITLE: Data Engineer The Data Engineer joins the AI and Data team within the Global CIO organization to build an AI-first data ecosystem for enterprise transformation. You will design, build, and operate scalable end-to-end data pipelines and curated data products that support enterprise analytics and agentic AI use cases. What you'll do

Design, build, and operate scalable end-to-end data pipelines and curated data products.
Integrate data from enterprise systems and external sources including structured and unstructured data.
Deliver reliable data services for agentic AI workflows, including APIs and retrieval indexing.
Implement data quality, observability, and governance best practices across all data products.
Optimize performance and costs across storage, compute, orchestration, and serving layers.
Translate business requirements into production solutions for AI engineers and software developers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience delivering production-grade data engineering across databases, data integration, data services, and data governance.
Proficiency in Python or Java programming languages.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with enterprise-scale data architectures and cloud data platforms such as Azure (preferred), OCI, or AWS.
Experience delivering data engineering for agentic AI applications (preferred).
Experience with retrieval-based AI data foundations, including document processing, metadata, embeddings, and vector search (preferred).
US Person required.
