Data Domain Lead, Cell & Gene Therapy

What you'll do

• Execute the vision and strategy for data products within the Cell & Gene Therapy domain.
• Co-develop the PT-wide data product roadmap and guide strategic prioritization of domain data products.
• Oversee the full data lifecycle management including acquisition, storage, transformation, and archiving.
• Lead the integration of data from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy across the network.
• Ensure adherence to Digital, IT, and QMS frameworks to maintain data security, quality, and integrity.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for all data-related matters in the Cell & Gene Therapy domain.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize data initiatives based on business value.
• Lead the strategic design of data products and governance frameworks to drive efficiency and innovation.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of industry experience in a data-related role with strong Cell & Gene Therapy expertise.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position (preferred).
• Deep subject matter expertise in data management and integration with a track record of influencing executive leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a global matrix team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven project management skills using agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Proficiency in data management tools including SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to translate business objectives into data design features and roadmaps.
