What you'll do

Lead the Research Data Enablement Hub to establish and drive the data strategy for Research.
Translate research needs into a clear roadmap focused on creating FAIR, AI-ready data products.
Manage data governance, ownership, and quality standards across all research domain assets.
Drive the adoption of data stewardship and standardized practices through a network of data champions.
Partner with enterprise teams to align research priorities with corporate data strategy and infrastructure.
Resolve cross-functional decisions regarding data investment, risk management, and resource allocation.
Lead organizational change to move from fragmented local solutions toward scalable, governed data systems.

What we're looking for

A Doctorate with 5 years of experience, a Master’s with 9 years, or a Bachelor’s with 11 years in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, and resource allocation.
Deep understanding of the drug discovery and preclinical development process (preferred).
Expertise in common research data types such as genetics, biologics, small molecules, or assays (preferred).
Scientific data fluency to translate between scientific objectives and measurable business value (preferred).
Proven track record of driving organizational change and translating strategy into a clear vision and roadmap (preferred).
Ability to build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries with an inclusive leadership style (preferred).
Doctorate degree in a relevant field and 5 years of significant relevant.
