Data Center Trainee

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Safely move and stage equipment; support installation/removal of hardware.
• Maintain accurate asset location records and perform cycle counts for inventory management.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and vendors to meet project deliverables.
• Monitor for issues and respond swiftly to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts
• Physical capability to perform hands-on tasks (lifting, climbing)
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work non-standard hours including weekends and holidays
