What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues independently or by escalating to appropriate teams.
Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software.
Perform system board level repair and fault diagnosis to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Plan and commission new rack positions in data center environments.
Design and commission new whitespace areas within the data center.
Implement structured cabling installations as a critical part of the role.

What we're looking for

3 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations or related field
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues independently
Experience with server hardware, software installation, monitoring, and maintenance
Proficient in system board level repair and fault diagnosis
Knowledge of structured cabling installation and whitespace design
Strong understanding of governmental and company health and safety processes
