What you'll do

  • Manage rack installation, power distribution, and cabling for equipment deployment.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate resources to resolve data center outages.
  • Develop and execute maintenance procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Maintain structured cabling infrastructure and support daily capacity requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours incidents and urgent issues.
  • Interface with vendors and stakeholders for installation, maintenance, and support of infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience installing and supporting data center equipment.
  • Proficient in managing high-speed data, voice, IP, and network infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of power systems including PDUs, ATSs, UPSs.
  • Experience with structured cabling infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to develop and execute technical procedures and MOPs for safe operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication across teams.
