Senior Manager, Data Architecture and AI - Fraud Domain

What you'll do

• Lead the design and governance of enterprise information architecture to improve data availability, quality, and reliability.
• Develop information architecture principles and standards for the Enterprise Analytics Platform to support fraud domain requirements and AI use cases.
• Create and maintain information management artifacts including business models, conceptual/logical data models, and data flow diagrams.
• Architect high-level business data solutions to improve interoperability and maximize the use of shared services.
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into detailed technical requirements and scalable architectural solutions.
• Manage a team of data architecture analysts by overseeing performance, resource planning, and professional growth.
• Assess data decisions for risk and control implications to ensure compliance with corporate standards.

What we're looking for

• 10 or more years of experience in banking or financial services with expertise in data architecture or enterprise information management.
• Deep knowledge of the fraud domain, including agent architectures and AI/machine learning applications for fraud detection.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale data architecture solutions, including conceptual and logical data models and governance frameworks.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing delivery across multiple teams or organizational counterparts.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and facilitate decision-making within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field (preferred); hands-on experience with big data platforms and agentic system design (preferred).
