Data Analytics - Operations

What you'll do

• Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
• Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx.
• Partner with business leaders to identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to established governance standards.
• Improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel (preferred).
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (preferred).
• Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders (preferred).
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions (preferred).
