What you'll do

  • Interpret complex data results using various statistical techniques and tools.
  • Create secure data environments with partners to build insights from multiple data sources.
  • Identify customer life-events by building use cases from internal and external data.
  • Evaluate new tools, measurement techniques, and data methods to assess strategy effectiveness.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on reported results, benchmarks, and discovered patterns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data using tools like SAS, SQL, Python, or R (preferred).
  • Experience in advanced analytics, statistics, and predictive modeling (preferred).
  • Proficiency in analytics data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI (preferred).
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (preferred).
  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cardholder transactions data, network, and other external data sources (preferred).
