Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Identify and collect data sources while evaluating and monitoring data quality to meet client needs.
• Research, develop, and test data methodologies to generate cross-functional solutions.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and preprocessing to ensure the integrity of complex datasets.
• Analyze and extract key information using scripting languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
• Produce data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI while documenting the processes.
• Present data findings and recommendations to high-level stakeholders and Joint Force leaders.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience implementing data principles, including cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to identify trends.
• Experience leveraging R or Python for data transformations.
• Experience using Palantir Foundry or Maven Smart Systems to construct pipelines, ontologies, or workshops.
• Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint.
• Experience communicating data insights in both written and verbal forms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• TS/SCI clearance.
