Data & AI, Branch Strategy and Execution- Vice President

What you'll do

• Design and deliver data, analytics, and AI solutions to drive measurable business value for sales teams.
• Optimize the sales funnel through continuous monitoring and insight generation.
• Build AI-enabled coaching and enablement capabilities to help managers develop their teams.
• Deliver personalized insights and meeting preparation tools to improve client engagement.
• Translate business priorities into scalable data and technology solutions from ideation through deployment.
• Accelerate data product management, governance, and quality practices to support AI at scale.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and execution challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both executive and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, technology, technical program management, or related disciplines.
• Technical program manager experience leading complex programs, analytic initiatives, data products, or AI/ML solutions across matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to tailor messages for both executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to manage initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of data management, risk, controls, governance, analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions that prioritize user experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience working with sales, product, data, and analytic organizations (preferred).
