The Cybersecurity Implementation Engineer joins the Cyber and IT Risk Management team to support an Intelligence Community customer. This role involves building, deploying, configuring, and maintaining on-premises and cloud-based cybersecurity infrastructure and applications across Windows and Linux operating systems. The engineer will implement solutions using cloud services like EC2, EBS, ELB, S3, and RDS, while performing software installations and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include developing architecture diagrams, maintaining technology roadmaps, and coordinating security assessments. The position requires deep expertise in Network Detection and Response, Endpoint Detection and Response, Next-Generation Firewalls, IDS/IPS, F5 platforms, and email/web security gateways. The work focuses on modernizing complex enterprise cybersecurity systems and ensuring technical standards meet specific business and mission goals within a highly diverse environment.
Build, deploy, configure, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based cybersecurity infrastructure on Windows and Linux systems.
Engineer and implement cybersecurity solutions using cloud services like EC2, EBS, ELB, S3, and RDS.
Research and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity capabilities to support customer mission goals.

What we're looking for
Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a Polygraph.
Must have 6+ years of related technical experience in network/cybersecurity engineering for large-scale enterprise networks.
Must be certified DoW 8140.01 and 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical Officer (IAT) Level III and Information Assurance System Architecture and Engineering Specialist (IASAE) Level II.
Must obtain CSSP Infrastructure Support certification within 120 days of start date.
Must have deep expertise in NDR, EDR, NGFWs, IDS/IPS, F5 platforms, or email/web security gateways.
Must have a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, security principles, compute, storage, and transport.
Must have expertise in Windows and Linux server operating systems.
