Cyber Transformation Liaison

What you'll do

• Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) capabilities.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to integrate new capabilities into existing operations.
• Participate in meetings with CSSP subscribers and DISA working groups.
• Develop whitepapers, briefs, SOPs, TTPs, and QRGs to improve DCO processes.
• Take ownership of driving the daily operations of the CSSP.
• Deliver weekly status updates and manage all taskers and due outs for the customer.
• Perform QA/QC on products before they are delivered to the customer.
• Train and mentor other team members on technical and operational tasks.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combined education and experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience (additional years may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
• Hold a DoD-8570 IAM Level 2 baseline certification such as CISM, CISSP, or CASP.
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Proficient understanding of the Cybersecurity Framework regarding identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data brokering, cloud cybersecurity services, or DISA and DoD Networks (preferred).
• Subject matter expertise in ELK stack, Splunk, JRSS weapon systems, or advanced certifications like SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH (preferred).
