Cyber Systems Engineer - Uncleared AISR&T - Level 3 or 4
As part of the Aeronautics Systems team, you will serve as a Principal or Senior Principal Cyber Systems Engineer supporting the AISR&T program. You will apply systems engineering and cybersecurity disciplines across the program lifecycle to drive secure architectures, requirements, and implementations for mission-critical airborne ISR and tactical systems. Your daily responsibilities include managing cyber requirements, performing security risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analyses while producing artifacts like CONOPS and ICDs. You will collaborate with cross-functional hardware, software, and network teams to embed security controls into designs. The role requires expertise in RMF, NIST, and DoD STIGs, along with skills in secure network architectures, enclave design, and Model-Based Systems Engineering tools. You will also conduct system scans, manage remediation activities, and provide technical briefings to program leadership and mission partners.
