You will lead the development of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, oversee regulatory compliance initiatives, and perform maturity, risk, and control assessments across various cyber domains. Your daily work involves navigating frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA, NYDFS, and SEC requirements to provide strategic advice. Additionally, you will manage Secure-AI strategy, governance, and architecture for AI and GenAI adoption. You will also handle cyber diligence, deal integration, carve-out, and separation tasks across the deal lifecycle. Key competencies include executive-level relationship management, mentoring future leaders, identifying market gaps, and translating complex cybersecurity frameworks into actionable strategies to solve critical security and compliance problems.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for clients.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance internal controls.
  • Identify market gaps and convert them into successful business growth opportunities.

  • Create new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership in cybersecurity.

What we're looking for

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 9 years of experience.
  • Experience in Cyber diligence, deal integration, carve-out and separation, and Day-1 / Day-100 execution across the deal lifecycle.
  • Expertise in translating complex cybersecurity frameworks into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to oversee Secure-AI strategy, governance, risk assessment, and architecture for AI and GenAI adoption.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives in cybersecurity risk management (preferred).
  • Experience driving business growth through innovative compliance solutions while fostering strong client relationships (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring future leaders in regulatory risk compliance (preferred).
