Security Risk & Engineering Manager, Tech and Cyber Risk & Compliance

What you'll do

• Develop and implement compliance strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Manage client engagements by analyzing system interactions and linkages.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Guide teams in applying cybersecurity risk management and compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
• Mentor junior staff and manage team performance to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to validate adherence to regulatory standards.
• Utilize data analysis to support the implementation and reporting of compliance programs.
• Resolve stakeholder conflicts and engage in challenging conversations to address project issues.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience implementing ISO/IEC 27001 standards and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Ability to conduct compliance risk assessments and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in utilizing cybersecurity risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to manage client engagements, project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and lead projects to completion.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
