Cyber Security Principal

What you'll do

• Implement and support security technologies across application, network, data, endpoint, and identity domains.
• Research security compromises and design technical countermeasures to prevent future attacks.
• Define the technical direction for enterprise SailPoint and Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
• Lead IAM modernization and migration strategies, specifically the IdentityIQ-to-ISC transformation.
• Design scalable and resilient solutions for large identity populations.
• Establish enterprise standards, reusable IAM patterns, and strong governance audit controls.
• Drive automation to eliminate unnecessary manual processes within the IAM framework.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship during critical IAM incidents and complex production issues.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must live within 50 miles of the Plano, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, or Memphis, TN campus locations.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or equivalent formal training.
• Must have experience in IT information security.
• Must possess skills in IT security, infrastructure, and project management.
• Must have experience with security and risk frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Must have strong communication and consulting skills.
• Must be able to provide technical leadership for enterprise SailPoint and IAM capabilities.
