Cyber Security Identity Staff Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and execute technical IAM strategies across all identity-related security services and systems.
• Solve complex Identity and Access Management challenges to support business transformation.
• Lead the execution of a technical roadmap to increase product delivery speed and engineering capabilities.
• Ensure secure authentication and communication across the organization using industry protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Design and build scalable security systems using microservices and extensible REST APIs.
• Manage privileged access management tools and services including IGA, PAM, and JIT access.
• Provide on-call and operational support for identity systems.
• Demonstrate security controls to auditors and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in technology or identity engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with security, identity, architecture, and design.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• Extensive experience with identity products and protocols including Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Deep skills in privileged access management tools and services.
• Fluency and specialization in at least one modern language such as Python or Go.
• Strong knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices including MITRE, CIS, and NIST.
