Cyber Security Identity Staff Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and execute technical IAM strategies across all identity-related security services and systems.
• Lead the execution of a technical roadmap to increase product delivery speed and engineering capabilities.
• Design and build secure security systems using micro-services and extensible REST APIs.
• Ensure secure authentication and communication across the entire organization.
• Own accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of all identity solutions.
• Take on-call and operational support for identity and access management systems.
• Demonstrate security controls to auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Share best practices and improve engineering processes across multiple teams.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience in technology or identity engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with security, identity, architecture, and design.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• Extensive experience in identity products and protocols such as Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Deep skills in privileged access management tools and services.
• Experience building and designing security systems with micro-services and extensible REST APIs.
• 2+ years of experience with open-source frameworks (preferred).
