What you'll do

Define and advance enterprise cybersecurity strategy, architecture, standards, and technical roadmaps.
Transform security operations by integrating AI, machine learning, and automation into threat detection and incident response.
Design scalable security architectures, guardrails, and engineering patterns for consistent enterprise adoption.
Identify architectural risks and develop proactive countermeasures against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Provide hands-on technical leadership in domains including cloud, application, identity, and OT/SCADA security.
Develop security prototypes, write code, and create automation to address emerging technological challenges.
Translate complex cybersecurity risks into actionable information for both technical teams and senior leadership.
Mentor and develop the technical capabilities of the broader cybersecurity organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Experience in IT information security.
Deep expertise across multiple domains including cloud, application, identity, network, and OT/SCADA security.
Demonstrated experience developing cybersecurity strategy and architecture at an enterprise scale.
Strong technical consulting, project leadership, and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with security and risk frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP (preferred).
Experience with AI/ML, coding in Python or Go, and securing GenAI technologies (preferred).
