JOB TITLE: Cyber Physical Defense, Lead
The Cyber Physical Defense, Lead manages and scales OT cybersecurity services across Federal and Civilian markets. This leader identifies client opportunities, develops growth pipelines, and supports senior leadership in creating marketing materials, client engagement products, and solution architectures. Key responsibilities include hiring staff, building cyber technology partnerships, and communicating integrated technical solutions. The role requires expertise in OT cybersecurity, networking, observability, Zero Trust, and enterprise software technologies. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally with cybersecurity engineers and asset owners to align strategy with mission needs. The position involves evaluating emerging cyber tech companies and initiating outreach to create new partnerships. Success requires a Secret clearance and the ability to conduct solution architecture demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops for diverse stakeholders.
Identify potential clients and engagement opportunities to develop a growth pipeline for Federal and Civilian markets.

What we're looking for
High school diploma or GED.
Experience building, managing, and expanding cyber technology partnerships for Federal, DoW, or Civil agencies.
Experience developing OT cybersecurity technical solutions, strategies, and integrated capabilities.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, cybersecurity engineers, asset owners, and leadership.
Experience building relationships with internal executives, external cyber vendors, OEMs, and VARs.
Knowledge of Federal Agency and DoW organizational structures and functions.
8+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity, technical account management, or enterprise technology delivery supporting federal or DoW agencies (preferred).
