Cyber Warfare Engineer

What you'll do

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments and security design engineering for critical defense platforms and cyber-physical systems.
• Monitor threats and implement countermeasures to maintain the cybersecurity posture of complex infrastructure.
• Perform onsite security assessments to evaluate physical configurations and system designs.
• Execute and report on cyber test plans, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements, controls, and risk assessments throughout the entire system lifecycle.
• Develop technical documentation for high-visibility defense programs and working groups.
• Implement Zero Trust architecture principles within complex weapon or mission system environments.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience with cyber-physical systems such as critical infrastructure, space mission systems, or weapons systems platforms.
• Experience supporting technical reviews, working groups, and documentation development for high-visibility defense programs.
• Knowledge of cyber test planning, execution, and reporting including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cyber resilience evaluations.
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes such as SRR, PDR, CDR, or TRR to integrate cybersecurity requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
• Preferred experience with Zero Trust architecture principles and implementation within complex weapon or mission system environments.
• Preferred TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, Master's degree, or IAT III certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CASP.
