The Cyber Engagement Program Lead joins the Data & Information Technology team to drive enterprise cybersecurity transformation and operational excellence. This role focuses on analyzing existing cybersecurity processes to identify bottlenecks, implementing improvements to streamline workflows, and establishing governance mechanisms and reporting frameworks. The successful candidate will support enterprise security architecture, promote security-by-design practices, and oversee application security tool adoption. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, application security, security governance, vulnerability management, risk management, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, CIS Controls, OWASP, or similar.
Experience in cybersecurity process improvement, governance, operational management, and transformation initiatives.
Understanding of enterprise security architecture principles and security engineering concepts.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and AI security risks.
