What you'll do

Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes including headcount planning, demand forecasting, and requisition prioritization for the CW division.
Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership by translating business objectives into actionable hiring strategies.
Provide regular reporting on pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation to divisional stakeholders.
Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles including leadership, senior technical, and complex "single-point-of-failure" positions.
Align the daily priorities of the centralized production recruiting team to ensure focus on high-impact hiring needs.
Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and quality assurance to recruiters working on division-specific roles.
Manage the operational rhythm for the portfolio, including intake meetings, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
Serve as the primary escalation point for hiring blockers, process breakdowns, or stakeholder misalignment within the division.

What we're looking for

Must have 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Must have significant recent experience as a full-cycle production or technical recruiter.
Proven ability to operate independently while managing complex hiring portfolios and ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise Director-level and above stakeholders on hiring strategies.
Demonstrated program management capability to lead initiatives beyond individual requisitions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills to use data for decision-making and present hiring health narratives to leadership.
Ability to provide direction and feedback to peers in a matrixed environment without formal management authority.
