What you'll do

  • Design and build end-to-end functional prototypes that interface with cameras and other sensors.
  • Integrate and develop prototypes into optimized, production-ready software frameworks.
  • Triage and debug issues across both prototype and production software environments.
  • Prototype polished and intuitive user interfaces suitable for executive review.
  • Develop high-performance software for mobile devices using Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, or C++.
  • Port machine learning research prototypes from Python to real-time mobile systems.
  • Deploy and test machine learning models and GPU programming components.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with real-time data from cameras, inertial measurement units (IMU), and/or other mobile device sensors.
  • Strong proficiency in linear algebra with a solid understanding of 3D computer graphics and computer vision concepts.
  • Experience developing high-performance software for mobile devices using Swift, SwiftUI, and/or Objective-C.
  • 5 or more years of software engineering experience with the technical concepts listed in the minimum qualifications (preferred).
  • Experience with SLAM, VIO, or 3D Augmented Reality frameworks such as RealityKit (preferred).
  • Experience with GPU programming and the testing, integration, and deployment of Machine Learning models (preferred).
