What you'll do

  • Lead engagement activities to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and risks.
  • Support the development and execution of strategies for Sapphire optimization and performance monitoring.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend technology innovations to enhance system efficacy.
  • Monitor program quality performance metrics and track corrective action progress.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and improve operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management and Configuration Management systems.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in large-scale IT transformation projects.
  • 5+ years in post-implementation support, help desk operations, system sustainment, and upgrade management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher; professional certification in PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, MES, and PDM platforms such as SAP, Siemens OPCENTER, TEAMCENTER.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
