What you'll do

• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial definition and development through production, release, and end-of-life.
• Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful commercial products.
• Translate high-level strategic visions into actionable product roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and pricing models.
• Develop comprehensive commercialization and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
• Utilize AI fluency and agile methodologies to enhance and streamline product development processes.
• Promote technological advances and foster environments where people and technology thrive together.
• Mentor team members to cultivate their potential and drive innovation across the organization.

What we're looking for

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 9 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Strategy (preferred).
• Excellence in Agile Methodology and AI Fluency (preferred).
• Ability to utilize Analytical Thinking and Strategic Planning for business growth (preferred).
• Experience leading Product Development and Innovation initiatives (preferred).
• Ability to develop comprehensive Product Roadmaps and Marketing Strategies (preferred).
• Skills in Customer Relationship Management and promoting AI-Human Collaboration (preferred).
