Critical Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain all HVAC, CRAC, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Inspect and repair facility interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, lighting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on building automation systems, fire safety systems, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs according to critical environment protocols (MOP).
• Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems like Corrigo.
• Complete hazard assessments and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment.
• Strong background in packaged HVAC systems, data center environments, and CRAC unit maintenance.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Licenses required by the authority having jurisdiction for specific crafts.
• Proficient in building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and related equipment operation.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skills.
