Facility Manager, Critical Facilities

What you'll do

• Ensure continuous operation of data center systems through staff and vendor coordination.
• Develop and approve maintenance plans for critical environments.
• Manage safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines for the data center.
• Create CAPEX and OPEX plans for infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.
• Supervise onsite team and vendor support, including hiring and performance appraisals.
• Prepare and report on KPIs to track team performance.

What we're looking for

• At least seven to ten years of experience in data center/critical facility management.
• Five to seven years of supervisory experience in facilities or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgears.
• Ability to develop and manage maintenance objectives and plans for critical environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
• Strong leadership skills, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement comprehensive safety programs.
