What you'll do

Independently troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and HVAC systems in hyperscale data centers.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis for system issues.
Improve operational standards and documentation quality for mechanical systems.
Support capacity planning, retrofits, commissioning activities, and equipment change-outs.
Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and operations stakeholders to enhance system performance.

What we're looking for

3 to 5+ years of experience with mission-critical mechanical systems
Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC and mechanical issues independently
Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, P&IDs, sequences of operation, and vendor manuals
Sound operational judgment during alarms, abnormal conditions, and high-risk scenarios
EPA Section 608 Technician Certification preferred for refrigerant-handling roles
Familiarity with BMS, PLC/controls concepts, trending, alarm management, and commissioning
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred
