What you'll do

Operate and maintain critical building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment for optimal performance.
Record system operations data, identify issues, and take corrective action immediately.
Manage work orders through CMMS, coordinate with vendors, and respond to customer tickets.
Comply with emergency procedures and respond to site emergencies to protect critical systems.

What we're looking for

2+ years of hands-on experience in data center or critical facility operations
Expertise in managing mission-critical building systems like UPS, generators, and switchgear
Proficiency with CMMS and other computer applications for documentation and communication
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and working at heights
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including holidays and emergency response duties
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear technical documentation and interaction
