What you'll do
Ensures compliance with safety and security requirements during all operations.
Performs maintenance and repairs on critical infrastructure equipment independently.
Develops and documents standard operating procedures for safe execution.
Troubleshoots equipment issues, ensuring consistent system settings and designs.
Escorts third-party contractors and ensures their work adheres to regulations.
Monitors facility equipment for unsafe conditions from central monitoring locations.
Responds to abnormal facility events using emergency operating procedures.
What we're looking for
Experience in performing maintenance and repairs on critical infrastructure equipment.
Ability to develop and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedure (MOPs).
Strong understanding of safety regulations and security requirements for data center operations.
Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other monitoring tools.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems within a data center.
Capability to coordinate with third-party contractors and ensure compliance with AHJ regulations.
Knowledge of emergency operating procedures (EOPs) and ability to respond to abnormal conditions.
