Critical Environment Ops Technician

What you'll do

• Ensures safety and compliance with regulations during critical environment operations.
• Performs various types of maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Coordinates with third-party contractors and vendors for safe work execution.
• Documents issues found in troubleshooting processes and escalates as needed.
• Monitors equipment performance using telemetry and control systems to identify trends.
• Utilizes CMMS to track equipment assets and complete work order requests accurately.
• Leads onsite incident response teams during abnormal conditions impacting operations.

What we're looking for

• Experience in maintaining critical infrastructure and performing various types of maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers/vendors and ensure their work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using telemetry, control systems, and other platforms for monitoring equipment performance and identifying trends.
• Skilled in documenting issues, preparing reports, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities.
• Capable of troubleshooting complex issues independently and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues on critical environment-related systems.
• Knowledge of safety requirements, including job hazard assessments (JHAs), toolbox talks, and method statements of work (MSOW).
• Experience in utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking equipment assets and completing work orders.
