What you'll do
Execute advanced operations for mechanical and electrical systems in critical facilities.
Perform daily inspections and equipment rounds, logging all critical infrastructure.
Complete corrective and preventive maintenance work orders through CMMS.
Supervise third-shift engineers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions from BMS or facility personnel promptly.
Enforce change control process requirements and maintain housekeeping standards.

Proven experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex facility equipment.
