What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology in large-scale environments.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with engineering groups and landlord partners.
Experience in critical environment infrastructures such as UPS, generators, AHUs, servers, SANs, networking, and DC rack/enclosures.
Must pass a background check through the CJIS criminal justice information system.
