We are seeking a CO+I Critical Environment Field Service Engineer to join our dedicated team at Microsoft. This role involves working within the complex domain of data center operations, requiring expertise in managing high-impact environments and ensuring seamless service delivery at scale.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
High School qualification or equivalent educational level.
Experience in delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments.
Ability to establish and enhance working relationships with engineering groups and landlord partners.
Knowledge of critical environment infrastructures such as UPS, generators, and AHU systems.
Willingness to pass a background check through the CJIS system if required.
