What you'll do

  • Establish and enhance working relationships with Engineering Groups and Landlord partners.
  • Contribute to monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Provide mentorship across data centers for specific expertise areas.
  • Support escalation of issues to the appropriate owner or team.
  • Adopt and promote best practices within a positive team environment.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • High School qualification or equivalent educational level.
  • Experience in delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments.
  • Ability to establish and enhance working relationships with engineering groups and landlord partners.
  • Knowledge of critical environment infrastructures such as UPS, generators, and AHU systems.
  • Willingness to pass a background check through the CJIS system if required.
