  • Verify post-execution quality checks and take corrective action as needed.
  • Escalate issues through appropriate channels and follow up on resolution.
  • Review process changes to evaluate impact on service execution.
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety and empower technicians to report incidents.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience supporting IT equipment in a mission-critical data center environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing diverse technical teams.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components required.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, CDCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Experience directing others and ensuring compliance with safety procedures in a data center setting.
  • Ability to conduct daily safety briefings and participate in on-site safety committees.
