What you'll do

  • Verify post-execution quality checks are performed correctly by technicians.
  • Escalate issues through appropriate channels and follow up on resolutions.
  • Review process changes to evaluate impact on service execution and share information.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience supporting IT equipment in a data center.
  • 1 year of experience directing or managing others in technical roles.
  • 3+ years working in a mission-critical, 24/7 data center environment.
  • Leadership experience with up to ten employees in technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CDCP.
  • High school diploma/GED and basic knowledge of computer hardware required.
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
