What you'll do

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience supporting IT equipment in a data center.
1 year of experience directing or managing others in technical roles.
3+ years working in a mission-critical, 24/7 data center environment.
Leadership experience with up to ten employees in technical teams.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CDCP.
High school diploma/GED and basic knowledge of computer hardware required.
Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
