As a CPU Design Verification Engineer, you will join the hardware team to own the verification of specific functional areas within a CPU design. What you'll do

Verify the functional correctness of specific CPU design areas in collaboration with architecture and RTL designers.
Develop comprehensive test plans and verification environments for chip designs.
Create tests using assembly, C, or vectors based on established test plans.
Build coverage monitors to track and analyze test case execution.
Develop checkers and SystemVerilog or C-based transactors to verify design functionality.
Perform advanced verification techniques including formal methods where applicable.
Execute post-silicon bringup activities for the hardware components.

What we're looking for

Minimum BS degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Academic and industry experience with CPU architecture, digital logic design, chip architecture, and microarchitecture.
Programming experience in C/C++ or SystemVerilog.
Experience with developing testplans, testbenches, C-based transactors, and writing/debugging tests.
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (preferred).
Experience in post-silicon bringup (preferred).
Experience with advanced verification techniques such as formal (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently (preferred).
