TL;DR · Associate, Corporate Planning & Management, Product & Reporting

The Corporate Planning & Management, Product & Reporting, Associate role supports the Source to Pay function by managing the proprietary, in-house built Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Working within the Corporate Planning & Management division, the Associate will support the product lifecycle by defining functional requirements, creating user stories, and managing the product backlog. Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, legal, and procurement teams to integrate AI tools, machine learning, and intelligent automation like Natural Language Processing for contract parsing. The role requires expertise in contract management workflows, including drafting, negotiation, and obligation tracking. Candidates must possess skills in Agile change management using JIRA and Confluence, along with experience in document management systems and enterprise procurement platforms to optimize the firm's end-to-end contracting process and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Define functional and non-functional requirements for new CLM features and create detailed business process documentation.
  • Support the full product lifecycle for the proprietary CLM platform, including discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
  • Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to streamline contracting processes.
  • Translate contract management workflows into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
  • Lead the creation of test plans and coordinate end-to-end system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to align stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and Procurement departments.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and long-term strategic goals.
  • Monitor industry trends in AI and legal tech to inform and strengthen the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Product Management or related experience in business analysis, project management, or operations.
  • Experience with enterprise business process applications, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, procurement, or related operational domains.
  • Hands-on experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, especially custom, in-house built proprietary systems.
  • Experience working within complex technical ecosystems, including enterprise platforms, custom API integrations, and data orchestration layers.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation, including NLP and document parsing.
  • Knowledge of Agile change management and platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in Financial Services or a similarly regulated industry (preferred).
  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
