What you'll do

  • Manage Okta configurations including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and automated workflows.
  • Manage endpoint configurations using Iru or Kandji with a focus on policy-as-code.
  • Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive support tasks and manual workloads.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tools to improve internal team productivity.
  • Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for all systems owned by the TechOps team.
  • Administer company-wide platforms including Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta.
  • Partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams on cross-functional infrastructure projects.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices.
  • Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One.
  • Experience with configuration as code, such as Terraform.
  • Experience with Bash or Python scripting.
  • Experience leveraging Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to improve solution quality and efficiency.
  • Experience using and managing major central business and development systems.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear, Jira, or other ticketing platforms.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment with broad ownership across internal systems (preferred).
