What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of digital analytics or e-commerce analytics experience with hands-on clickstream data analysis
  • Over 2 years of management experience leading a team of analysts or data scientists in professional development
  • Proficiency in SQL for large-scale behavioral dataset analysis and Python for statistical analysis and process automation
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including traffic, engagement, conversion drivers, and revenue metrics
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end A/B testing practices with strong fluency in statistical concepts like p-values and confidence intervals
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise clickstream analytics platforms and data visualization tools
