What you'll do

What we're looking for

10+ years of hands-on software development experience including lead developer roles.
Experience in cloud architecture on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficiency in Java or Python and knowledge of both traditional RDBs and modern datastores like Snowflake, Dynamo DB, Mongo DB.
Expertise in integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows and using AI coding tools for development.
Strong track record of solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment with full-stack technical design skills.
Experience managing engineering teams, conducting performance reviews, and guiding career development.
Ability to lead organizational change, influence engineering culture, and drive process improvements.
