What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience including lead developer roles.
  • Experience in cloud architecture on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Java or Python and knowledge of both traditional RDBs and modern datastores like Snowflake, Dynamo DB, Mongo DB.
  • Expertise in integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows and using AI coding tools for development.
  • Strong track record of solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment with full-stack technical design skills.
  • Experience managing engineering teams, conducting performance reviews, and guiding career development.
  • Ability to lead organizational change, influence engineering culture, and drive process improvements.
