What you'll do

  • Build, enhance, and support batch and streaming data pipelines on the Lakehouse and AI data platform.
  • Develop raw, refined, and curated datasets that support analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.
  • Implement controls to validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data across pipelines and datasets.
  • Contribute to clear standards for testing, monitoring, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Work closely with engineers, platform teams, and data consumers to deliver agreed outcomes on time and to quality expectations.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and design choices clearly to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 7-12+ years of data engineering experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Java
  • Proficient in SQL and distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark
  • Experience building production data pipelines and supporting them collaboratively
  • Knowledge of modern data formats (JSON, Avro, Parquet) and platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Ability to design and maintain high-quality data models and ensure data quality
