What we're looking for
- Experience leading and mentoring junior software engineers.
- Proficient in Java, C#, Ruby on Rails, Go, Python, AWS, JavaScript, or React/Redux.
- Expertise in both nonrelational and relational database systems.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a global team.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
- Experience building client-facing products is preferred but not required.
