Control Room Technician – Critical Environments

What you'll do

• Monitor and troubleshoot data center networks and systems to ensure uptime.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and communications from various platforms.
• Escalate issues to appropriate technical teams for resolution as needed.
• Maintain real-time awareness of equipment configurations, issues, and lineups.
• Assist in collecting performance reports and conducting root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with BCPs, EOPs, policies, and procedures during incidents.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency with alarm monitoring systems and building management systems (BMS)
• Basic understanding of incident management platforms and ticketing systems
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking for issue identification and escalation
• Attention to detail for compliance with established procedures and policies
